9th Annual Swingin' for SIDS Golf Tournament In memory of Chandler Jude Moore

Our raffle is a big way to help us in raising funds throughout the golf tournament.  It is a lot of fun and also a great opporunity to promote your business and give back to the community.  We appreciate any donations to our raffle to include gift baskets, gift cards, etc.  Any contribution is greatly appreciated.  If you donate to our raffle, you are welcome to provide business cards or any promotional items for our golfer goodie bags that are provided to each golfer on the day of the event.  Please fill in form below if you are contributing to our raffle.  We will contact you to arrange for pickup of any raffle item or items for the goodie bags.
